Can ordered products be returned?

Received items can be returned at your own expense. The goods must arrive in perfect and unused condition including the original packaging. I reserve the right to refuse returns at any time. The return will be refunded, less shipping costs, through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. In the case of an exchange or replacements, the shipping costs will be charged.

How long does delivery take?

The order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after receipt of the order.

  • During the ordering process you have the choice between 2 delivery speeds:
  • Free Shipping (B-Post, 3-5 business days), free
  • Express Shipping (A-Post, 1-2 business days), +4.90 CHF

The order should arrive within 2-8 business days. These are guidelines and not binding. There may be delivery delays due to production or delivery bottlenecks. All information about availability and delivery time are therefore without guarantee and can be changed at any time.

How can I order a self-configured pacifier clip or stroller chain?

If you would like to take advantage of the opportunity to customize a product according to your wishes, you are welcome to do so by contacting us via Email, contact form or through the chat at the bottom right of the page.

For a small extra charge, we will gladly implement these wishes.

I particularly like one model, however I would like to exchange a pearl. Is this possible and what are the extra costs?

Small change requests are gladly considered and can be listed in the "Message" field during the checkout process, please describe them as accurately as possible.
